What you'll do
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the local face of Ting Internet, walking and selling within neighborhoods to engage with residents. Your primary responsibility will be to educate homeowners about Ting's fiber internet offerings, highlighting the advantages of high-speed connectivity. You will track your leads and progress using a company-provided tablet, ensuring that you stay organized and focused on your sales goals.
You will participate in the Fast Start Training Program, which is designed to help you earn during your first eight weeks in the field by hitting key activity milestones. As you start closing deals, your commissions will build on top of your training compensation, rewarding your efforts and skill-building. You will represent Ting in a positive light, fostering trust and respect within the community as you help people sign up for services right on the spot.
