What you'll do
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the local face of Ting, walking and selling within neighborhoods to engage with residents. You will educate homeowners about Ting's fiber internet offerings and assist them in signing up for services right on the spot. You will participate in the Fast Start Training Program, which is designed to help you earn while you learn, providing you with the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed in your role.
You will track your sales activities and milestones, ensuring that you meet key performance indicators during your training period. Your role will involve building rapport with the community and understanding their needs to effectively communicate how Ting can meet those needs. You will be rewarded for your efforts through commissions and training incentives, allowing you to grow your income as you gain experience in the field.
