What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to employees in the San Mateo office, ensuring that their IT needs are met promptly and effectively. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with network connectivity problems, and ensuring that all IT equipment is functioning optimally. You will also play a key role in onboarding new employees, helping them set up their workstations and familiarize themselves with the company's IT systems.
