Who you are

You have a strong background in growth marketing, with experience in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns to acquire and activate talent. You thrive in fast-moving environments and are comfortable managing performance across various digital channels, including email and paid media. Your analytical skills allow you to run experiments and uncover new growth levers, optimizing ROI effectively.

You understand the nuances of digital marketing and have a proven track record of scaling creative strategies to grow talent pools. You are a doer at heart, ready to dive into the details while also being able to manage some aspects of the team. Your ability to adapt in ambiguous situations makes you an ideal fit for this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will plan and execute campaigns aimed at acquiring and activating a diverse range of talent, from software engineers to PhD-level physicists and chemists. You will manage performance across email, paid media, and new job boards, ensuring that each channel is optimized for maximum impact. Running experiments will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you seek to uncover new growth opportunities and optimize the return on investment for each campaign.

You will analyze campaign data to drive insights and inform future strategies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives. Your role will also involve testing and scaling creative ways to grow Turing’s supply pool, making data-driven decisions that contribute to the overall success of the marketing efforts.
