You have a strong background in proposal development and strategic writing, ideally with experience in the aerospace or technology sectors. You understand the nuances of crafting compelling narratives that resonate with both government and commercial clients. Your project management skills are top-notch, allowing you to coordinate inputs from various stakeholders effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, product, and business development teams to ensure technical accuracy and strategic alignment in proposals. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work that meets compliance standards. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical solutions clearly and persuasively.
Desirable
Experience in the aerospace industry or with government contracting is a plus. Familiarity with proposal management software or tools can enhance your effectiveness in this role. A background in engineering or technical fields can provide valuable insights into the proposals you develop.
What you'll do
As a Proposal Strategist at Turion Space, you will own the proposal development lifecycle from draft solicitation through final submission. You will author high-quality, persuasive proposals that win new business, including spacecraft missions and technology services. Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and program management teams, you will ensure that all proposals are technically accurate and strategically aligned with customer needs. You will partner with the Business Development team to understand customer positioning and competitive advantages, managing timelines and proposal workflows to enforce internal deadlines. Your role will involve translating complex technical solutions into narratives that resonate with customers, showcasing Turion's capabilities and vision for autonomous space operations.
