Who you are
You have experience in managing proposals and RFPs, ideally within a sales or operations context — you understand the nuances of articulating value propositions for complex, enterprise-level opportunities. You are detail-oriented and possess strong editing skills, ensuring that all proposal content is clear, compelling, and aligned with brand standards. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Legal teams to gather inputs and produce high-quality outputs. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities, adapting quickly to the needs of the sales organization as proposal volumes increase. You leverage technology effectively, including AI tools, to enhance the proposal creation process while maintaining accuracy and quality. You are proactive in seeking feedback and continuously improving proposal strategies to support the sales team's success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and manage the end-to-end process for proposal and RFP responses across EMEA, supporting a high volume of complex sales opportunities. You will partner closely with various stakeholders to gather necessary inputs and produce tailored proposal content that resonates with prospective customers. Your responsibilities will include editing and refining proposal responses to ensure clarity and consistency, as well as quality-checking all outputs to align with HubSpot's brand and value proposition. You will also be responsible for leveraging AI tools to accelerate proposal creation, ensuring that all content is accurate and fact-checked. As the proposal volume increases, you will adapt to shifting priorities and help the sales organization articulate HubSpot's value effectively. You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team's efforts to close impactful deals as HubSpot continues to grow in the upmarket and enterprise space.
