Turvo is hiring a Customer Enablement Analyst to support enterprise customers in onboarding and adoption of their platform. You'll work closely with implementation teams to ensure successful launch readiness. Experience in logistics or supply chain is preferred.

Who you are
You have experience in customer enablement and a strong understanding of logistics or supply chain environments — you thrive in roles that blend customer interaction with technical execution. You are adept at coordinating activities that ensure customers are ready to launch and adopt new technologies, and you have a knack for creating scalable enablement assets that enhance user experience.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with both customers and internal teams. Your ability to facilitate discussions and coordinate checklist-based readiness activities demonstrates your organizational skills and attention to detail. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to varying customer needs and team priorities.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with enterprise customers to drive successful onboarding and adoption of the Turvo platform. You will support customers through scalable enablement assets and targeted facilitation, ensuring they are well-prepared for launch. Your responsibilities will include coordinating checklist-based readiness activities, such as data validation and configuration verification, in collaboration with implementation and technical teams.
You will engage with customers throughout their journey, providing guidance and support to enhance their experience with the Turvo platform. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of the deployment process. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of enablement processes, helping to streamline operations and enhance analytics.
