You have a strong background in growth marketing with at least 5 years of experience driving customer engagement and revenue growth. Your expertise in data-driven decision-making allows you to analyze customer insights and behavioral signals effectively. You are skilled in designing and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email and SMS, to enhance customer activation and adoption. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Analytics, ensures that you can create cohesive strategies that resonate with customers. You are comfortable running experiments and using A/B testing to refine your approach and maximize customer value. You understand the importance of a remote-first work culture and thrive in a diverse team environment.
What you'll do
