Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in technology or financial services. You are organized and ambitious, with a strategic mindset that allows you to partner effectively with customers to understand their goals and workflows. You excel at building and nurturing relationships with diverse stakeholders, from day-to-day users to executive leaders, ensuring that their definitions of success are met. You are proactive in identifying upsell opportunities and are committed to championing customer outcomes by tracking account health and leading business reviews.

You understand the importance of the customer journey and are skilled in managing onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal processes. You are adept at creating success plans tailored to the needs of high-priority customers, ensuring they realize ongoing value from Two Dots' solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be key to your success in this role. You are passionate about improving the consumer underwriting experience and are excited to contribute to a mission-driven company.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the next phase of Two Dots' AI-driven underwriting solutions. You will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships with our largest customers, ensuring they achieve their goals and realize the full value of our offerings. You will lead quarterly business reviews and create tailored success plans for high-priority accounts, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion.

You will own the end-to-end customer journey, from onboarding to renewal, ensuring that customers receive the support they need at every stage. Your strategic thought partnership will be essential as you work closely with customers to understand their workflows and definitions of success. You will collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and drive product improvements based on customer feedback. Your role will also involve tracking account health metrics and reporting on customer success outcomes to the leadership team.

At Two Dots, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 per year, along with equity options and full benefits.
