Typeform is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist (Enterprise, Research) to partner with Enterprise customers in adopting their new product offering. You'll leverage your research skills to guide customers through onboarding and ensure they see value from Typeform. This role is ideal for someone with a background in research.

Who you are

You have experience in research or are currently a researcher, and you want to apply that skill set in a customer-facing role. You understand the importance of guiding customers through thoughtful onboarding and helping them design strong initial use cases. Your research mindset allows you to ensure that customers quickly see the value of Typeform as a research platform. You are passionate about delivering exceptional results and thrive in a collaborative environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the onboarding process for new Enterprise customers, particularly those in research-led organizations. You will partner with these customers to help them confidently launch, scale, and mature their research programs on Typeform. Your responsibilities will include guiding customers through the onboarding process, providing insights on best practices, and ensuring they have a smooth transition to using Typeform's platform. You will also work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and improve the onboarding experience.
