Uber is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive for their Uber for Business team to drive growth by creatively prospecting into enterprise accounts. You'll develop territory plans and lead the sales process for corporate clients. This role requires a strong passion for sales and strategic relationship building.

Who you are
You have a strong passion for sales and creativity, with experience in enterprise sales and a proven track record of building strategic relationships with decision-makers. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the challenge of driving growth for a rapidly expanding business. You understand the importance of aligning solutions with customer needs and are skilled at presenting value propositions effectively. You are comfortable using CRM tools to manage your pipeline and provide regular updates on opportunity status.
What you'll do
In this role, you will creatively prospect into enterprise accounts with over 5,000 employees, developing tailored territory plans to grow your pipeline and break into whitespace accounts. You will lead and coordinate the end-to-end sales motion for enterprise customers, which includes qualification, education, pricing, quoting, and contract negotiation to close deals. Building strategic relationships will be key as you work to gain enterprise positioning with decision-makers and drive the growth of new business. You will continuously assess customers' evolving needs and align Uber for Business's value proposition accordingly. Regularly updating your CRM and providing weekly forecasts will be essential to your success.
