Job Description
Who you are
You have 3+ years of experience in full cycle B2B sales, which includes prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. You are a self-starter who takes initiative to seize opportunities and thrive in a collaborative environment. You understand the importance of building strategic relationships with decision-makers to drive growth in new business. You are motivated and responsible for all aspects of business in your market, continuously assessing customers' evolving needs and aligning them with Uber for Business's value proposition.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of building a new business pipeline and forecasting opportunities. You will develop territory and account plans to achieve your quota, creatively prospecting into Mid-Market accounts with 1,000-5,000 employees. You will lead and coordinate the end-to-end sales motion for Mid-Market customers, which includes qualification, education, pricing/quoting, and contract negotiation to close deals. You will regularly update Salesforce to provide opportunity status, conduct weekly forecasts, and participate in quarterly business reviews. Your role will require you to collaborate in-person at the Chicago office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, while also having the flexibility to work from home on other days if desired.
