What you'll do
As the Senior Commercial Lead for SMB Account Management, you will act as a regional business owner, driving strategic growth and operational excellence for Uber Eats' largest restaurant segment. You will lead a team of Account Managers, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to restaurant partners and end customers alike. Your role will involve shaping and executing the SMB strategy in your region, leveraging data and cross-functional support to drive restaurant partner growth and product adoption.
You will set clear performance targets and utilize data-driven insights to boost sales, increase partner engagement, and improve retention metrics.
