Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry. You excel at building and maintaining trusted relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a strategic advisor to your partners. Your ability to leverage data and performance insights allows you to optimize strategies and continuously improve key business metrics. You are results-driven, taking accountability for revenue growth and retention targets while identifying opportunities to upsell new features and unlock additional value. You are a strong communicator, capable of leading business reviews and translating partner feedback into actionable insights for internal teams. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of your partners on the platform.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage a portfolio of top-tier restaurant partners, driving strategic growth initiatives that align with their goals and business priorities. You will build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers, acting as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor. You will take accountability for revenue growth and retention targets, identifying opportunities to upsell new features and unlock additional value for your partners. Leveraging data and performance insights, you will optimize strategies to continuously improve core business metrics. You will represent the voice of the customer internally, translating partner feedback into actionable insights and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Leading monthly and quarterly business reviews, you will clearly communicate performance results, opportunities, and recommended actions to your partners. You will act as a thought partner to senior stakeholders, sharing perspectives on industry trends and best practices to enhance the partnership experience.
