You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in enterprise-level clients. You understand the importance of building and maintaining relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to your customers. You are proactive in understanding customer needs and aligning solutions to meet their objectives. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with various stakeholders. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
What you'll do
As an Account Manager at Vanta, you will be responsible for the expansion and retention of a subset of Vantaβs customers. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. You will engage in post-sale commercial conversations, including mid-cycle upsells and renewals, ensuring that customers' security and compliance goals align with their growth needs. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to understand customer health and ensure strategic alignment. Your role will involve a deep understanding of Vantaβs product offerings and the ability to communicate effectively with customers about how these solutions can help them achieve their compliance and security objectives.
