You have 1-3 years of experience in account management or a similar role, ideally within the SMB sector. Your relationship-building skills are top-notch, allowing you to cultivate strong partnerships that drive mutual success. You understand the importance of post-sales management and are adept at portfolio management, ensuring that partners thrive on the platform. You are a proactive communicator, capable of acting as the voice of the customer to internal teams, translating partner needs effectively.
You possess a deep understanding of the partner landscape, particularly within the restaurant industry, and are skilled at identifying opportunities for growth. Your ability to track and report on performance metrics is strong, and you are comfortable conducting business reviews with partners to assess progress and strategize for future success. You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally with internal teams to drive initiatives that benefit both the partners and the company.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead post-deal partner management for a high-value portfolio of restaurant partners. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships that achieve measurable outcomes, including revenue growth targets and high retention rates. You will actively engage with partners to upsell new product features, ensuring they derive maximum value from the services offered.
You will develop a comprehensive understanding of your assigned territory and the unique needs of each partner. By conceiving, designing, and leading growth initiatives, you will work closely with Uberβs internal teams to drive projects to completion. Setting, tracking, and reporting on performance metrics will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will conducting regular business reviews with partners to discuss progress and identify areas for improvement.
Your role will also involve advocating for partners within the organization, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met. You will be instrumental in creating mutual business value, which is essential for fostering long-term partnerships. Your success will be measured by your ability to enhance core business metrics for our restaurant partners and contribute to their overall success on the Uber Eats platform.
