Job Description

Who you are

You have 1-3 years of experience in account management or a similar role, showcasing your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners. You are confident in making data-driven decisions and applying sound business judgment to achieve measurable outcomes. Your communication skills allow you to act as the voice of the customer, translating partner needs to internal teams effectively.

You possess a deep understanding of the partner landscape, particularly within the restaurant industry, and you are skilled at cultivating positive relationships across various organizations. Your experience includes leading growth initiatives and working cross-functionally with internal teams to drive projects to completion.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead post-deal partner management for a high-value portfolio of restaurant partners, focusing on retention and revenue growth targets. You will build and maintain strong partner relationships, ensuring that partners thrive on our platform by creating mutual business value. You will set, track, and report on performance metrics, conducting business reviews with partners to assess progress and identify opportunities for improvement.

You will advocate for your partners internally, ensuring their needs are communicated effectively to various teams within Uber. Your role will involve conceiving, designing, and leading growth initiatives that align with the goals of both Uber and its restaurant partners. You will be responsible for driving business growth through upselling new product features and ensuring high retention rates.
