Who you are

You have 1-3 years of experience in account management or a similar role, ideally within the SMB sector. You possess strong relationship-building skills and a knack for portfolio management, allowing you to effectively engage with partners and drive mutual business value. You are confident in making data-driven decisions and understand the importance of translating partner needs to internal teams. Your ability to cultivate positive relationships across organizations is key to your success in this role.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Uber, you will lead post-deal partner management for a high-value portfolio of restaurant partners. Your primary focus will be on strengthening partnerships to increase retention and drive business growth. You will build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring they thrive on our platform while achieving measurable outcomes, including revenue growth targets and upselling new product features. You will act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs within Uber and working cross-functionally with internal teams to drive projects to completion. Setting, tracking, and reporting on performance metrics will be essential, as will conducting business reviews with partners to assess progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
