Who you are

You have a proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, particularly at the Director, VP, and C-level. Your ability to employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills allows you to navigate complex relationships and challenging conversations effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure that partner needs are met. You are results-driven, with a focus on exceeding quarterly growth goals through strategic advertising partnerships.

You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate the value of new advertising products creatively and effectively. Your experience in executing advertising partnership strategies has equipped you with the skills to deliver on partner marketing objectives. You are adaptable and willing to take on diverse responsibilities to support your teammates and contribute to building the Ads business.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for executing advertising partnership strategies that align with partner marketing objectives and drive growth. You will build and maintain relationships with key marketing executives within partner organizations, ensuring that their needs are met through effective collaboration. Your role will involve expanding ads product adoption across Uber's Mobility and Delivery offerings, communicating the value of new advertising products to differentiate Uber's offerings in the market.

You will develop scalable pitch narratives to drive growth for both partners and the Ads team, acting as the voice of the customer to inform future Ads product roadmaps. Your contributions will be vital in establishing the newly formed Uber Advertising division, and you will play a key role in shaping its direction and success. You will also support your teammates as needed, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
