Who you are

You have a proven track record in consultative sales, particularly in managing enterprise accounts — your experience has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex deal-making and build executive-level partnerships. You thrive in ambiguous environments and are adept at identifying opportunities that align with partners' growth objectives. Your ability to apply disciplined sales lifecycle management ensures that you maximize revenue and retention for your clients.

You possess strong strategic thinking skills, allowing you to lead Joint Business Planning initiatives effectively — your approach is solution-oriented, focusing on bespoke strategies that address partner pain points. You are commercially driven and understand the nuances of the advertising landscape, particularly within the QSR sector. Your passion for building long-term relationships with clients sets you apart as a leader in your field.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary strategic partner for major QSR advertisers, owning a portfolio of enterprise accounts that are critical to Uber's growth in the restaurant advertising space. You will proactively identify opportunities for collaboration and growth, ensuring that your partners' marketing objectives are met through tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include applying disciplined sales lifecycle management to maximize revenue and retention, as well as leading Joint Business Planning sessions to evolve partnerships into long-term collaborations.

You will work closely with Delivery Account Management and Ads Account Management teams to deliver against partners' growth and marketing objectives. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity will be essential as you develop and implement strategies that align with your partners' needs. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that Uber remains a trusted partner in their advertising efforts.
