You are a proactive individual with a strong commitment to providing exceptional support to our community of riders, driver partners, eaters, and delivery partners. Your proficiency in Polish is essential, and you possess good knowledge of English, allowing you to communicate effectively with diverse users. You are comfortable working in a team environment and thrive in a role that requires you to connect with users and understand their needs. Your ability to troubleshoot problems and find speedy resolutions is a key strength, and you are proficient in using computers, navigating various tools quickly and efficiently.

You have exceptional reading comprehension and writing skills, enabling you to connect users' inquiries with the answers they truly need. You are available to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, demonstrating your flexibility and dedication to supporting our community at all times. You are an advocate for Uber, genuinely caring about the product and the experience of our users.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a passionate advocate for delivery partners, eaters, and restaurants, answering any questions that come your way. You will deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms, including tickets, email, and phone. Your goal is to create loyalty among new users and help early adopters fall in love with Uber all over again. You will triage issues and escalate them when necessary, ensuring that our users receive the best possible support.

You will work closely with your team to continuously improve processes on behalf of users, contributing to a synergistic work environment where everyone learns from one another. Your role is crucial in establishing trust within our community, and you will play a key part in enhancing the overall user experience. You will be expected to stay updated on product features and changes to provide accurate information to users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with Uber.
