Who you are

You have a B2 level proficiency in Croatian and English, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse user base. With at least 6 months of experience in customer support, you understand the importance of delivering high-quality service and resolving issues promptly. Your exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enable you to advocate passionately for users while addressing their concerns with empathy. You are detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and committed to following through on tasks while maintaining a strict attention to detail. Your natural curiosity drives you to seek feedback and continuously improve your craft, making you an excellent teammate who collaborates effectively across functional and regional areas. You take ownership of your responsibilities, demonstrating passion and dedication in your role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms, including email, chat, and phone. You will be a passionate advocate for users, answering any questions that arise and showing empathy to frustrated users while solving problems. Your goal will be to build loyalty among new users and rekindle the love of early adopters for Uber. You will triage issues and escalate them when necessary, ensuring that all problems are resolved promptly and effectively. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will be crucial in establishing trust with our community of riders and driver partners.
