You have a minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience working with global equity plans or global mobility taxation, gained in a fast-paced environment. You thrive in collaborative settings and are enthusiastic about expanding your knowledge of global equity administration. Your proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at monitoring regulatory changes around the globe. Your ability to oversee the implementation of these changes ensures that program design and administration adhere to country-specific requirements. You are comfortable providing guidance and consultation, assessing risks, and leading the implementation of equity plans for mergers and acquisitions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Uberβs global equity initiatives, which includes regular involvement in tax and compliance reviews, international expansion efforts, and various special projects. You will manage recurring global equity plan reporting and compliance-related activities, ensuring that all operations align with regulatory standards. You will partner with the equity operations team and acquired subsidiaries to facilitate day-to-day equity operations as needed.
Additionally, you will support in managing mobile tax positions, policies, and mobile equity transactions. Your role will also involve assisting with special equity projects based on business requests, making you a key player in Uber's equity strategy. You will report directly to the Director of Stock Administration, contributing to the overall success of the equity team.
