Who you are

You are an experienced compensation professional with a strong background in M&A transactions. You have a proven track record of supporting compensation due diligence and harmonization modeling, demonstrating your analytical rigor and ability to navigate ambiguity. Your experience allows you to influence stakeholders effectively and deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment. You understand the financial implications of harmonizing compensation structures and are adept at overseeing compensation program management for existing subsidiaries. You thrive in collaborative settings and are committed to aligning compensation strategies with organizational goals.

Desirable

Experience in evaluating compensation structures at target companies is a plus. Familiarity with financial implications of compensation harmonization will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are comfortable working with data and possess strong analytical skills that enable you to identify risks and opportunities during M&A transactions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support compensation workstreams during M&A transactions, including due diligence and integrations. You will be responsible for data intake, validation, benchmarking, and risk identification, ensuring that all compensation-related aspects are thoroughly evaluated. Your insights will guide the harmonization of compensation structures with Uber's philosophy, ensuring a smooth transition for acquired companies.
