You have experience in operations or customer engagement, ideally within a fast-paced environment — you understand the importance of tracking performance metrics and driving growth initiatives. What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on tracking and growing high-priority consumer segments within the APAC region — your efforts will directly contribute to the acceleration of rider growth and engagement. You will evaluate consumer growth health, tracking performance against targets, and ensuring accountability across teams.

You will develop analytical frameworks to support growth initiatives, diving into data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Your insights will help shape strategies that enhance rider acquisition, onboarding, retention, and loyalty. You will collaborate closely with country teams and global partners to implement best practices and drive impactful results.
