What you'll do
As a User Operations Specialist, you will be the frontline support within the User Operations team, reporting to the APAC region User Operations Manager. Your responsibilities will include assisting users with inquiries and issues, ensuring a smooth experience with the platform. You will work a hybrid schedule, spending three days in the office and two days remote, supporting the company's 24/7 global operations. You will also collaborate with other departments to relay user feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
