What you'll do
As an Implementation Specialist, you will lead the onboarding process for new Uber for Business customers in Poland. You will work directly with clients to understand their goals and objectives, facilitating calls and meetings to align on partnership expectations. Your role will involve creating new company profiles, drafting communications, and submitting necessary documentation to ensure a smooth launch. You will conduct training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to help clients navigate the Uber for Business platform effectively. After the initial launch, you will continue to support clients by monitoring their adoption and usage, ensuring they achieve their employee adoption goals. You will set timelines and coordinate with clients to ensure a seamless implementation experience.
