What you'll do
As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding customers to the Uber for Business dashboard, ensuring they can effectively utilize the platform to manage their employee trips, expenses, and other related activities. You will lead the execution of post-sales and adoption programs, working closely with internal teams to share best practices and recommendations that enhance the customer experience. Your role will involve retaining and driving revenue within top clients, focusing on adoption and cross-selling strategies to maximize account penetration. You will collaborate with team members to execute the best implementation strategies, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with Uber for Business.
