You have a C1 level in Greek and a B2 level in English, enabling you to communicate effectively with our diverse user base. With at least 6 months of experience in customer support, you understand the importance of delivering high-quality service and resolving issues promptly. Your exceptional communication skills allow you to empathize with frustrated users and turn their experiences around. You are detail-oriented, capable of multitasking while maintaining a strict attention to detail, ensuring that no issue goes unresolved. You are naturally curious and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve your craft and enhance the user experience. As an excellent teammate, you collaborate across functional areas to achieve the best outcomes for our community.

What you'll do

In this role, you will deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms, including email, chat, and phone. You will be a passionate advocate for users, answering their questions and addressing their concerns with empathy and understanding. Your goal will be to build loyalty among new users and re-engage early adopters, ensuring they have a positive experience with Uber.
