Overview

Uber is hiring a Business Development Specialist - Greek Speaker to manage driver relationships and improve their experience on the platform. This role requires fluency in Greek and English, along with sales or account management experience.

Who you are

You have experience in sales and account management or have worked in a contact center environment โ€” you understand the importance of building strong relationships and providing exceptional service to clients. You are fluent in both Greek and English, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of driver partners. Your teamwork and strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment. You possess a customer obsession mindset, always striving to understand and meet the needs of those you serve.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and manage relationships with drivers who are new to the Uber platform, guiding them through the onboarding process and helping them become proficient in using the app. You will take ownership of managing multiple driver accounts, providing customized coaching and recommendations to enhance their driving experience and earnings. Your responsibilities will include delivering against multiple KPIs, such as engagement and cancellation rates, ensuring that drivers feel connected to Uber and are motivated to continue driving. You will act as the voice of the customer, capturing insights and feedback to help improve the overall driver experience.
