What you'll do
In this role, you will assume full P&L ownership for Uber Eats in Norway, defining commercial targets and driving market growth. You will design and execute a nationwide scaling strategy for 2026 and beyond, ensuring alignment with global Uber Eats priorities while localizing for consumer behavior. You will champion operational excellence by driving improvements across the marketplace, ensuring speed, reliability, and outstanding customer support.
You will collaborate strategically with the Uber Mobility team to unlock cross-platform efficiencies and leverage the full power of the combined Uber network. Your leadership will inspire and mentor a diverse local team, cultivating a culture defined by data-driven decisions and urgency. You will forge and manage high-value relationships with key partners, ensuring sustainable value delivery to all stakeholders.
