What you'll do
As the Head of Compliance Operations for EMEA Delivery, you will define the strategic vision and roadmap for operational compliance in the region. You will build and maintain a Compliance Management Framework that proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates compliance risks across all local areas and countries. Your role will involve establishing a single source of truth for key operational compliance obligations and metrics, driving the mitigation of operational gaps. You will serve as the central point of contact for operational compliance, ensuring alignment across local, regional, and global functions. Additionally, you will build connections with local and regional regulatory bodies to optimize operational compliance controls and balance risk effectively. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of compliance within the organization, ensuring that all teams understand and adhere to regulatory requirements.
