You have 1+ years of validated experience in Account Management or any customer-facing roles — you've built strong relationships and understand the importance of operational excellence in driving business success. Your ability to influence various audiences using strong verbal and written communication sets you apart, allowing you to effectively engage with both internal teams and external partners.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adaptable to constant changes — your problem-solving skills enable you to tackle complex issues efficiently, ensuring that customer service is prioritized. You are passionate about building long-term partnerships and have a keen interest in the food delivery industry, particularly in understanding the dynamics of the restaurant business.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take complete ownership of your restaurant portfolio, driving both business and operational performance. You will identify and initiate new partnership opportunities with restaurants in your territory, ensuring that you deliver exceptional customer service experiences. Your role will involve cross-functional collaboration, working closely with various team members to identify high-potential partnerships and improve the overall experience from the first pitch to the first trip.
You will act as an ambassador for the Uber Eats mission, brand, and product, bringing on-the-ground knowledge about your territory to the wider team. Your responsibilities will include solving complex issues that arise, ensuring that our customer service is prioritized and resolved efficiently. You will be expected to contribute to a culture of collaboration and support within the team, helping to foster an environment where everyone can succeed.
