Who you are
You are an exceptional product lawyer with a strong background in advising product teams in fast-paced environments. You have experience in handling a variety of contracts, including commercial sales and data privacy agreements, and you excel at providing actionable legal advice that supports successful product launches. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders is key to your success in this role.
You understand the intricacies of product development and are comfortable working closely with product managers, engineers, and designers throughout the product lifecycle. You are adept at navigating complex legal issues and can quickly solve problems while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your strong communication skills allow you to articulate legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support Uber's sales and business development organizations by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts. You will partner with product teams to gain a deep understanding of their goals and operations, ensuring that legal considerations are integrated into product development from the outset. You will also collaborate with colleagues in the Product Legal team and other legal teams to provide comprehensive legal advice and support.
Your responsibilities will include closely advising product managers and engineers, helping them navigate legal challenges as they arise. You will play a critical role in supporting Uber's new AI Solutions business, which involves innovative technology adoption and data management strategies. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that product launches are successful and compliant with legal standards.
