Job Description
Who you are
You are an enthusiastic lawyer with a proven track record of advising on a range of legal, commercial, regulatory, and litigious issues. Your experience includes handling regulatory matters, contracts, and disputes, particularly in the context of the Mobility and Delivery sectors. You possess strong communication skills that enable you to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders. Your background may include competition law experience, which would be a plus in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a wide variety of legal work for the Japan markets, including regulatory matters, contracts, commercial advisory work, litigation, and disputes. You will draft and negotiate key strategic contracts to support the growth of the Mobility and Delivery business. Additionally, you will provide product counseling for our fast-moving product team, ensuring that legal risks are managed while allowing for sustainable growth. You will also advise on and manage disputes and legal proceedings across various practice areas, preparing legal educational material for training programs in-house.
