What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design and development of advanced machine learning models and pricing algorithms that power Uber's real-time driver pricing. You will be responsible for driving the technical strategy and roadmap over a multi-year horizon, making platform-level architecture decisions that align with business goals. Your work will involve implementing complex algorithms that serve over 1 million predictions per second, directly impacting the earnings opportunities for millions of drivers worldwide.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to set the technical direction of the DSP team, ensuring that your solutions are scalable and efficient. Regularly presenting your findings and opportunities to executive stakeholders will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will mentoring junior engineers and contributing to their professional development.
