You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a tech or e-commerce environment. What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a trusted partner to our Merchant Partners, developing long-lasting relationships to support and grow their business on our platform. You will work collaboratively with sales, operations, product, and other technical counterparts to develop, implement, and automate critical business processes. Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics and providing insights to help merchants optimize their operations. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring that our partners are satisfied with their experience on the Uber Direct platform.
