You are a proven sales leader with a strong background in B2B sales, ideally with experience in both mature and start-up environments. You embrace collaboration and are data-driven, understanding the importance of balancing short-term needs with long-term investments. Your empathetic approach allows you to connect with your team and foster a supportive environment. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and working alongside your team to achieve success. You are process-driven and decisive, ensuring that your team operates efficiently and effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will recruit, train, and develop a team of 11-12 Account Executives, establishing a customer-obsessed organization that operationalizes strategy to achieve critical metrics. You will supervise daily operations to maximize sales and meet or exceed revenue targets. Implementing performance management plans will be essential to hold sellers accountable and ensure high performance. You will manage and report accurate weekly forecasts and pipelines, achieving quarterly sales goals while mentoring Account Executives on strategies to reach their objectives. Establishing effective partnerships with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams will be crucial to your success.
