Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales management, with experience leading teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Your leadership style is people-first, and you thrive on coaching and mentoring your team to success. You understand the importance of collaboration across functions and can effectively partner with various teams to optimize performance.

You are strategic in your approach, serving as a thought partner to leadership on business strategy and growth opportunities. Your analytical skills allow you to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, ensuring your team consistently meets or exceeds their goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and develop a team of SMB Sales Representatives, coaching them to drive new business acquisition and accelerate market growth. You will monitor performance and pipeline health, conducting regular deal reviews and performance calibrations to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your ability to foster collaboration will be key as you partner closely with Sales Operations, Account Management, Marketing, and City Operations to align on market priorities.

You will also serve as a strategic influencer, working with Territory Leadership to identify short- and long-term business strategies and process improvements. Your focus will be on optimizing systems and workflows to enable your team’s success, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to excel in their roles.
