Who you are

You have a proven track record in managing strategic partnerships, ideally within the advertising or technology sectors. Your experience includes owning and scaling partnerships, ensuring they deliver maximum value while addressing performance bottlenecks and operational issues. You excel in relationship management, serving as the primary business contact for key partners and leading strategic alignment sessions to ensure clear communication and collaboration.

You are comfortable working cross-functionally, collaborating with product, sales, and operations teams to drive go-to-market execution and operational efficiency. Your ability to proactively identify opportunities for expansion and deepen partnerships is a key strength. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on revenue impact and performance metrics.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of key 3rd-Party partners, ensuring their performance aligns with Uber's strategic goals. You will lead routine business reviews and strategic planning sessions, coordinating efforts across various teams to enhance partnership outcomes. Your responsibilities will include identifying and addressing operational challenges, driving revenue impact, and scaling partnerships effectively.

You will also support the Partnerships Lead in sourcing and executing new high-impact deals, contributing to the overall success of Uber's advertising strategy. Your role will require you to be hands-on, actively engaging with partners to ensure their needs are met and that they receive maximum value from their collaboration with Uber.
