What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving improvement in key operational metrics that enhance the reliability and efficiency of both partner operations and the Uber Eats platform. You will continuously monitor and analyze key partner performance metrics, adoption patterns, and product usage trends, delivering compelling presentations that demonstrate value and ROI. Conducting structured and regular account reviews, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to assess partner performance and share strategic insights. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure that our strategic partners receive the support they need to succeed. Your role will involve identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategies that build lasting and mutually beneficial partnerships. You will also play a vital role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that Uber Eats remains the preferred delivery platform for our strategic partners.
