What you'll do
As the Head of Inside Sales, you will architect the sales strategy for Uber Eats in the UK, designing scalable outreach playbooks and campaigns that drive high-velocity SMB acquisition. You will oversee a team of approximately 50 sales professionals, managing through a leadership team of 4 to 8 Sales Managers. Your role will involve navigating the complexities of a fast-changing delivery market while maintaining a focus on long-term partner success.
You will be responsible for setting direction and ensuring that your team is aligned with the company's goals. This includes developing metrics to measure success and implementing strategies that enhance the customer experience. You will also play a key role in fostering a unified culture within your organization, where excellence is the norm and every restaurant sign-up matters.
