Who you are
You have at least 4 years of full-time sales or account management experience, particularly with enterprise or large customers in digital advertising. Your background includes selling advertising solutions to complex enterprise brands and organizations, showcasing your ability to navigate intricate sales processes. You possess excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, allowing you to build and execute strategic sales plans that lead to success for both partners and Uber. Your communication and organizational skills are top-notch, enabling you to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity, demonstrating a go-getter mentality that drives results.
What you'll do
In this role, you will implement, optimize, and report on advertising campaigns, ensuring seamless collaboration with Ad Rev Ops and agency partners. You will oversee campaign execution and monitor performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize outcomes. Working closely with FinOps and Revenue Ops, you will resolve any billing or operational issues that arise. Additionally, you will collaborate with Measurement and Analytics teams to share reports that demonstrate the impact of ads and offers across holistic and full-funnel campaigns. Your ability to quantify opportunities and influence decision-makers will be crucial in driving the success of your partnerships.
