You have a strong background in operations management, with experience in designing and overseeing processes that enhance user experience and ensure compliance with regulations. What you'll do
In this role, you will own critical driver-partner-facing processes across Uberβs ANZ markets, ensuring they operate effectively and deliver a seamless experience for driver-partners. You will design, project-manage, and oversee the execution of processes that enable new product launches while ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements. Your focus will be on continuously challenging and improving process design to reduce operational risk and unlock efficiency gains.
You will implement quality controls and monitor process performance, analyzing data to identify operational issues and pain points. Leading responses to regulator queries and data requests will be part of your responsibilities, requiring you to build deep technical expertise in the processes you own. You will drive initiatives that enhance the overall experience for driver-partners while ensuring that Uber meets its compliance obligations.
