What you'll do
As a Partner Manager at Uber, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns — from kickoff calls to daily management and performance reporting. You will proactively monitor campaign performance, quickly identifying issues and implementing solutions to optimize results. Building strong, trusted relationships with clients will be key, as you will need to understand their business and marketing goals deeply. You will advise partners on performance trends and adjust strategies to maximize impact, ensuring that campaigns align with their objectives. Additionally, you will identify upsell and growth opportunities by analyzing data and collaborating closely with internal account and sales teams. Your role will also involve acting as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with product and operations teams to inform roadmap improvements.
