Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in pricing analysis or a related field, demonstrating a strong ability to model complex commercial deals while balancing growth targets with margin requirements. Your analytical skills are complemented by a strategic mindset, allowing you to see the big picture while diving deep into financial details. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Legal, to ensure compliance and data integrity in deal documentation.
You possess a deep understanding of yield management and pricing trends, leveraging SQL to provide data analysis and actionable insights. Your experience includes improving processes and models, often collaborating with Tech and Product teams to create new functionalities and tools that enhance commercial operations. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards in documentation and approvals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for deal pricing and structuring, modeling the economics of complex retail deals to optimize yield while meeting aggressive growth targets. You will leverage your SQL skills to analyze pricing trends and provide recommendations to leadership, ensuring that pricing strategies align with overall business objectives. You will also own the governance of deal documentation, coordinating with Finance and Legal teams to secure necessary approvals and maintain data integrity.
You will assist in building out key Deal Desk metrics, tracking performance, and reporting on outcomes to drive continuous improvement. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for process enhancements, working closely with Tech and Product teams to implement new functionalities and dashboards that support the commercial teams. You will act as a strategic advisor to the sales organization, helping to structure high-value partnerships with major retailers and small businesses, ensuring long-term health and profitability.
