What you'll do
In this role, you will lead Uber's global Gifting strategy, focusing on how users connect through thoughtful gifting experiences. You will define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Gifting, which includes Gift Orders, Gift Cards, and new in-app experiences. Your responsibilities will involve driving awareness and trust among users while ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints. You will partner closely with various teams to bring new features to life, such as personalization and recipient scheduling, making the gifting process effortless and meaningful. You will also influence how cross-functional groups connect with customers, ensuring high-quality interactions with Uber. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of gifting on one of the worldβs most loved platforms.
