What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and implement program requirements for safety reporting and routing, ensuring that processes are streamlined and user-friendly. You will work closely with the Safety Operations, Safety Product, and Safety Data teams to monitor the impact of your initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include setting business-level requirements for leveraging GenAI bots to enhance reporting and routing of safety incidents. You will also be tasked with producing high-quality documentation and building effective automation processes that support the overall safety strategy. Collaboration with regional operations teams will be essential as you work to align safety initiatives with broader organizational goals. You will lead efforts to pilot and test new automation solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of users and stakeholders alike.
