Job Description
Who you are
You are a natural at selling and have a deep understanding of the local restaurant scene. With a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, you are either a recent graduate or in your final year of study. Your intermediate English skills (B1+) allow you to communicate effectively with diverse partners. You are passionate about food and technology, and you thrive in a role that requires negotiation and relationship-building.
You enjoy the challenge of managing a sales pipeline and are driven by achieving and exceeding your monthly quotas. You have a proactive approach to building relationships and understand the importance of metrics in sales, including cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Your enthusiasm for helping restaurants grow their business with Uber sets you apart.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, signing new partnerships in your geographic region. You will engage in a mix of cold-callingβmaking at least 50 dials per dayβand conducting in-person meetings to create a great first impression as an ambassador for Uber Eats. Your ability to clearly communicate the value of Uber will be crucial in developing long-term partnerships.
You will manage contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with restaurant partners, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties. Your success will be measured by your ability to proactively build your pipeline and hit weekly metrics. You will be expected to lead the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, while representing the Uber and Uber Eats brands with integrity and professionalism.
