You have a strong background in sales strategy and execution, with experience in leading teams and driving performance improvements. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at translating high-level strategies into actionable plans that deliver measurable outcomes. Your ability to analyze data and leverage insights to optimize sales outcomes sets you apart. You are a natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing external teams to achieve their KPIs. You understand the nuances of the Spanish market and can navigate its commercial dynamics effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will adapt and implement the Spain Delivery Sales Centre strategy to align with local business priorities and regulatory environments. You will oversee and coach external BPO sales teams across multiple geographies, ensuring they consistently meet acquisition, onboarding, and retention KPIs. You will take full ownership of the Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) performance for the SMB segment, diagnosing challenges and uncovering opportunities for performance improvement. You will design and launch new DSC initiatives in coordination with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring timely rollout and scalable impact. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you analyze funnel metrics to optimize sales outcomes and drive growth.
